Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation in transaction files
  • Coordinate scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings while maintaining communication with all parties involved

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands
