Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing client interactions, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will resolve inquiries, maintain client records in Salesforce, and advocate for clients while working remotely during Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the One Legal platform and ensure efficient problem resolution
  • Maintain accurate client records and advocate for client needs by providing feedback to internal teams
  • Collaborate with management to meet corporate goals and continuously improve the client experience
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years in Customer Support, preferably with Call Center experience
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience in SaaS, particularly in legal services, is a plus
  • 1+ years in legal/litigation support preferred
  • High school diploma required; advanced studies or equivalent work experience valued
