Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Manager (English / Spanish) to build and maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new customers
- Monitor client performance, identify renewal and upsell opportunities, and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in customer relations or account management, preferably in SaaS
- Excellent account management experience with enterprises and governmental agencies
- Technology savvy with experience in Salesforce and Monday.com preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
