Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager (English / Spanish) to build and maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new customers
  • Monitor client performance, identify renewal and upsell opportunities, and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in customer relations or account management, preferably in SaaS
  • Excellent account management experience with enterprises and governmental agencies
  • Technology savvy with experience in Salesforce and Monday.com preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
