Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relations Team Specialist to provide high-quality service to HNW clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming client service requests for small to large accounts
- Process endorsements and issue new business
- Answer client questions regarding coverage and remarket accounts as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Current State Insurance License or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn insurance company and firm software programs
- Typing speed of a minimum of 55 words per minute
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
