Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their Radiology Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients to optimize Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) results
- Review and analyze RCM metrics, conducting meetings to discuss performance and industry trends
- Educate clients on Zotec's capabilities and communicate ongoing client satisfaction and feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical billing client service role, preferably in Radiology
- Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to facilitate meetings with groups of physicians and practice stakeholders
