Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients and optimize Revenue Cycle Management results.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of assigned clients' overall business needs and RCM goals
• Review and analyze RCM metrics to assess and optimize performance
• Conduct client meetings to review RCM performance and advise on industry issues impacting the practice

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate level degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical billing client service role; experience in Radiology preferred
• Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
• Ability to interpret RCM data and communicate results to clients
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
