Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to manage accounts for PEO and HR-Payroll customers throughout their business relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with client executives to ensure retention and product penetration
- Coordinate resolution of client inquiries and monitor service level agreements to achieve client satisfaction
- Conduct evaluations of client HR and payroll processes to enhance service delivery and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an HR/account management role in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of PEO, Work comp, HR, and payroll
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HR Program Software preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
