Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to manage accounts for PEO and HR-Payroll customers throughout their business relationship.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with client executives to ensure retention and product penetration
• Coordinate resolution of client inquiries and monitor service level agreements to achieve client satisfaction
• Conduct evaluations of client HR and payroll processes to enhance service delivery and engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 5+ years of experience in an HR/account management role in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of PEO, Work comp, HR, and payroll
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HR Program Software preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
