Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Manager - Taft-Hartley for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for overall delivery of service to plan sponsors, advisors, partners, and third party administrators
  • Manage daily communications with internal and external parties to maintain and develop strong client relationships
  • Proactively address and communicate essential recordkeeping information to stakeholders during each plan year

Required Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry may be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of ERISA, DOL, and applicable IRS regulations related to retirement plans
  • Experience working with Taft-Hartley plans is preferred
