Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to ensure client satisfaction and improve the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact proactively with clients to align marketing strategies with their business goals
- Complete marketing recap reports and review campaign performance with clients
- Assist Senior Client Success Managers with tasks for large accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of full-time experience in digital marketing or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to customer service and relationship-building
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data for comprehensive reporting
- Foundational knowledge of Pay-per-click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies preferred
