Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager in the Central US Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of ~125 municipal clients to deliver continuous value
  • Advise clients on best practices for all products in the Budget Cycle Management suite
  • Conduct annual account performance planning and reviews with each client in the portfolio

Required Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients with varying sizes and product mix
  • Proficiency in mastering the features of multiple SaaS applications
  • Experience working with local governments and school districts is a plus
