Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, conduct onboarding calls, and maintain regular communication
- Analyze campaign performance and collaborate with internal teams to present improvement strategies to customers
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Support or Account Management
- Basic technical knowledge related to SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and its functionalities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to create effective systems
- Prior remote work experience or ability to work independently
