Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, conduct onboarding calls, and maintain regular communication
  • Analyze campaign performance and collaborate with internal teams to present improvement strategies to customers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Support or Account Management
  • Basic technical knowledge related to SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and its functionalities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to create effective systems
  • Prior remote work experience or ability to work independently
