Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Client Success, Incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Client Success Managers, supporting their training, development, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance client engagement strategies
- Develop strategic recommendations and client-ready materials that align with client KPIs and drive campaign renewals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field
- 8-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and training
- Experience with CPG manufacturers or retailers is preferred
- Proficient in Salesforce.com, Monday.com, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite
- Strong project management skills with a background in data-driven strategic planning
