Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Success, Incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Client Success Managers, supporting their training, development, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance client engagement strategies
  • Develop strategic recommendations and client-ready materials that align with client KPIs and drive campaign renewals

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Experience with CPG manufacturers or retailers is preferred
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com, Monday.com, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite
  • Strong project management skills with a background in data-driven strategic planning
