Job Summary

Owning the relationship with dealership customers, the full-time Client Success Manager will onboard new clients, provide ongoing support, and ensure they derive value from the AppraisalPRO system in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Onboard dealership customers to AppraisalPRO and conduct initial training
  • Quickly resolve technical issues and coordinate with internal engineering teams
  • Proactively monitor product usage to identify potential issues and secure referrals from existing customers
Required qualifications
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and trust
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Passion for providing top-notch customer service
