Job Summary
Owning the relationship with dealership customers, the full-time Client Success Manager will onboard new clients, provide ongoing support, and ensure they derive value from the AppraisalPRO system in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard dealership customers to AppraisalPRO and conduct initial training
- Quickly resolve technical issues and coordinate with internal engineering teams
- Proactively monitor product usage to identify potential issues and secure referrals from existing customers
Required qualifications
- Ability to quickly build relationships and trust
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Passion for providing top-notch customer service
