Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client engagement with partners to ensure value from products
  • Lead onboarding of new partners and clients
  • Manage client escalations, billing & licensing, and drive product adoption

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years in client success, preferably in cybersecurity
  • Experience working with partners and understanding of the security landscape
  • Ability to work autonomously in remote settings
  • Strong technical skills and a curious mindset
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
