Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Team Operations Coordinator (Remote) to enhance client experiences and support campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, launching, and optimizing campaigns while troubleshooting issues during team member absences
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on lead delivery status and addressing their questions
- Maintain communication with internal teams regarding campaign performance and ensure timely delivery of reports and updates
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in campaign management and execution
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Proficiency in quality control of client-facing deliverables
- Experience in reporting and maintaining communication with clients
- Flexibility to provide additional support as needed
