Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Success to support their Local West Coast advertising team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for new and existing accounts during the post-sale process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute various campaigns across the product suite
• Manage the campaign lifecycle from launch to wrap, ensuring accurate and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in digital campaign planning and execution in a publisher or agency environment
• Experience managing high-revenue and complex accounts with multiple moving parts
• Proven ability to handle at least 30 clients and campaigns simultaneously
• Strong background in strategic media planning and client relationship management
• Growth mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
