Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Center Analyst to resolve client issues related to cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve complex software issues through various communication channels
  • Provide timely resolution and tracking of client support tickets via Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance expertise and improve service delivery

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3-4 years of professional business experience
  • 2+ years of call center or equivalent customer service experience preferred
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams)
