Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to support clients and ensure a seamless onboarding process onto their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide merchants through the end-to-end onboarding process and troubleshoot issues
- Engage with clients via email and phone, ensuring professional interactions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer support role with multiple communication channels
- Prior experience in technical support with the ability to solve technical problems
- Proven experience supporting U.S. clients focused on customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
- Highly proactive and self-sufficient
