Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide merchants through the end-to-end onboarding process and troubleshoot issues
  • Engage with clients via email and phone, ensuring professional interactions
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer support role with multiple communication channels
  • Prior experience in technical support with the ability to solve technical problems
  • Proven experience supporting U.S. clients focused on customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
  • Highly proactive and self-sufficient
