Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to clients using their software platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and respond to support/task tickets in the help desk system
  • Act as a liaison between clients and development to resolve technical issues
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in software support or onboarding services
  • Experience managing support ticket queues and driving timely resolutions
  • Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems, issue tracking software, and CRM software
  • Experience working with offshore teams
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software and office tools
