Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to oversee client accounts and assist in project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 3-5 client accounts in collaboration with the Client Delivery Manager
  • Coordinate the annual enrollment process and ensure materials meet client specifications
  • Provide detailed communication and documentation throughout project management processes

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
