Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to oversee client accounts and assist in project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3-5 client accounts in collaboration with the Client Delivery Manager
- Coordinate the annual enrollment process and ensure materials meet client specifications
- Provide detailed communication and documentation throughout project management processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in account management support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
