Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Technical Analyst Tier 2, Contract Manager product suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after product implementation, managing complex product issues
  • Monitor system and product status, participate in corrective workflows, and categorize support tickets
  • Communicate the status of support tickets to clients within agreed service levels

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Support and Customer Service within a healthcare revenue cycle environment
  • 1+ years of experience with the Contract Manager product suite
  • Willingness to accommodate on-call evenings and weekends as needed
  • 1+ years of working knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
