Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Technical Analyst Tier 2, Contract Manager product suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support to clients after product implementation, managing complex product issues
- Monitor system and product status, participate in corrective workflows, and categorize support tickets
- Communicate the status of support tickets to clients within agreed service levels
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Support and Customer Service within a healthcare revenue cycle environment
- 1+ years of experience with the Contract Manager product suite
- Willingness to accommodate on-call evenings and weekends as needed
- 1+ years of working knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
