Clinical Applications Analyst

Job Summary

To support radiologists nationwide, the full-time remote Clinical Applications Analyst will manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems to enhance radiologist workflows
• Serve as a subject matter expert for PACS and clinical applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing workflow improvements
• Proactively monitor application health and system performance to maintain high availability and minimize disruptions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years in clinical or radiology systems support
• Deep understanding of DICOM and working knowledge of HL7 interfaces affecting imaging workflows
• Proven expertise in radiology and teleradiology workflows, including the roles of various stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with clinical applications such as eRAD PACS or 3M M*Modal Fluency in a live environment
• Experience troubleshooting PACS and imaging workflow issues in complex healthcare settings
