Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Communication Coordinator to manage communication between medical professionals and radiologists.
Key Responsibilities
- Relay urgent and non-urgent medical results to healthcare professionals
- Facilitate communication between referring physicians and radiologists
- Update PACS and reporting systems as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Medical terminology knowledge required
- Medical Assistant (MA) Certification or equivalent experience required
- Call center experience is a plus
- 6+ months experience as a Results Communicator or Rad Assistant preferred
