Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from members and provide prompt and accurate responses to their questions
- Efficiently reschedule and schedule appointments for members during phone interactions
- Identify opportunities to "upsell" by offering packages of visits to members while on calls
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a related field in a high volume inbound support environment (50-100 calls/day)
- Experience with support software(s)
- Willingness to embrace change and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
