Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from members and provide prompt and accurate responses to their questions
Efficiently reschedule and schedule appointments for members during phone interactions
Identify opportunities to "upsell" by offering packages of visits to members while on calls

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of relevant experience in a related field in a high volume inbound support environment (50-100 calls/day)
Experience with support software(s)
Willingness to embrace change and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
