Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Director to lead and develop its clinical team in providing women's behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a diverse clinical team while fostering a culture of excellence
- Oversee care services and programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Design and implement scalable clinical organizational models and training programs
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MD, PhD, LCSW, LPC)
- Current, unrestricted mental health license
- 10+ years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in designing and scaling clinical operations nationally
- Experience in developing organizational models in healthcare settings
