Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Staff HR Business Partner to support its clinical care team in various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle of people support for clinical staff, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
- Coordinate hiring processes for clinical team members such as MDs, NPs, and MAs
- Maintain and audit clinical HR policies, contracts, and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of HR experience in a clinical setting
- Prior experience in recruiting and staffing
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll/benefits platforms
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Google Workspace and Mac systems
