Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Staff HR Business Partner to support its clinical care team in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full life cycle of people support for clinical staff, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Coordinate hiring processes for clinical team members such as MDs, NPs, and MAs
  • Maintain and audit clinical HR policies, contracts, and documentation


Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of HR experience in a clinical setting
  • Prior experience in recruiting and staffing
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll/benefits platforms
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Mac systems
