Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, execution, and evaluation of clinical training programs
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify training needs and optimize delivery
• Track program outcomes and ensure continuous improvement of training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant academic field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical genetics or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in learning and development or talent development
• Thorough knowledge of human genetics and diagnostic genetic testing concepts
• Experience in developing clinical curriculum and facilitating training sessions
