Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Nurse Senior Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate various phases of engagements, including planning and scheduling
- Conduct medical record reviews to ensure proper MDS coding and compliance
- Provide education on RAI, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and quality measures
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Excellent working knowledge of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Process
- 5+ years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement systems and regulations
- Working knowledge of quality measures related to nursing facilities
