Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Associate to support patient-provider assignments and compliance tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient assignments and optimize provider panel sizes
- Ensure compliance with prescription authority and maintain collaborative agreements
- Assist with Final Medical Approval processes and support cross-functional enrollment operations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations or generalist roles within healthcare or similar fields
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
- Adaptability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experience with healthcare compliance requirements is a plus
- Familiarity with provider management tools is a plus
