Clinical Programs Pharmacist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior RX Clinical Programs Pharmacist (VSP/PT) to improve health outcomes through prescription drug management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee medication therapy and comprehensive medication reviews for patients on multiple medications
- Drive health awareness through patient education and targeted campaigns
- Make decisions on complex issues regarding project components and strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD Degree
- Active pharmacist license in the required state(s)
- 3 or more years of clinical experience in managed care
- Previous experience with pharmacy benefits management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
