Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Quality and Safety Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading and developing Quality Assurance processes for the company
- Enforce safety protocols and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence during telehealth consultations
- Provide oversight for Clinician Champions, including onboarding, coaching, and training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field required, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare quality management, with telehealth experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a clinician directly caring for patients preferred
- Experience in developing Clinical Quality processes, metrics, and guidelines
- Experience in writing evidence-based clinical content for various audiences
