Clinical Quality RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality and Performance RN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee provider credentialing process and ensure Occupational Health procedures align with CDC guidelines
• Support clinical quality improvement activities, conduct audits, and track patient safety events
• Collaborate with teams to develop clinical policies, implement training programs, and conduct clinical audits for delegation oversight

Qualifications:

• Current RN License in good standing in the state of practice
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related work experience, Master's degree preferred
• Four or more years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in quality, safety, audit, or clinical policy
• Ambulatory provider-based experience highly preferred, geriatric care experience desired
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid highly desired
