Clinical Research Associate II

Job Summary

Responsible for site management tasks, the full-time remote Clinical Research Associate II will support Clinical Trial Managers and field Clinical Research Associates by ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices and timely achievement of site management deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with feasibility questionnaires and coordinate study material shipments to study sites
• Conduct pre-study, study initiation, interim, and remote monitoring visits under the guidance of field CRAs or CTMs
• Provide mentorship and training to In-house CRA I and II team members

Required qualifications

• A minimum four-year degree in a relevant science field and at least two years of clinical research experience, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in local languages and proficiency in spoken and written English
• Good understanding of clinical research principles, FDA/EU regulations, and ICH guidelines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with IVRS and eCRF systems
• Ability to work in an organized and methodical manner
