Clinical Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Clinical Services to ensure compliance with Medicare Part D processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuration and self-testing of Medicare Part D Coverage Determinations and Appeals systems
• Conducting pre and post-deployment report validations
• Researching issues and managing ServiceNow tickets related to CD&A operations

Required Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience in a relevant role
• Strong analytical skills, including data manipulation and testing
• Ability to work in a high production and time-sensitive environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based operations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
