Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in engaging with job seekers and managing job search workflows
• Conducting intake calls and pitching job seekers on relevant opportunities
• Independently managing a portfolio of working clinicians and achieving placement targets

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or revenue-generating role preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies
• BA/BS Degree preferred, AA/AS Degree required
