Clinical Strategy Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of the Clinical Operations team, the full-time Clinical Strategy Associate will manage reporting on unit economics, identify cost optimization opportunities, and collaborate with various teams to generate data-driven insights, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Own reporting on unit economics and physician productivity
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, including scheduling and physician productivity interventions
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Strategic Finance teams to generate data-driven insights

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience at a top-tier technology company, investment bank, or management consulting firm
• Excellent quantitative thinking and analysis skills
• Experience working with large data sets and advanced analytics (e.g., advanced Excel modeling, SQL)
• Track record of independently managing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant healthcare experience
