Job Summary

To support a growing telemedicine practice, the full-time Clinical Support Representative will manage communications with hospital clinical staff and physicians, ensuring timely patient care while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate with hospital staff and physicians to facilitate patient care and manage incoming calls
  • Coordinate paperwork and technical support for video conferencing and patient dispatch preparation
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support and escalate issues to Tier 2 IT support as necessary
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
  • At least one year of experience in a call center environment, healthcare, or IT
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Strong customer service skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to excel in a remote work environment and adapt to new technologies
