Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Technical Assistance Facilitator to support clinical employees in improving their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage adult learning principles to enhance clinical capacity and continuous improvement
• Develop technical assistance goals aligned with the organization's mission and strategic direction
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training to ensure compliance with standards and regulations

Required Qualifications and Education

• Licensure as RN or LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or licensed psychologist
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or social work preferred
• Three to five years of clinical experience in a specialty area
• Experience in education or training roles
• Understanding of adult learning theory and its applications
