Cloud Device Management Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate Cloud Device Management Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, implement, and support secure endpoint management for macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices, focusing on MDM and MAM solutions via Microsoft Intune and Jamf.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain device management architecture across Intune and Jamf Pro, ensuring alignment with security and user experience goals
• Define enrollment strategies and operationalize Zero Touch provisioning for automated device management
• Collaborate with IT support, security, and networking teams to optimize device performance and document processes and configurations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience with 3+ years in IT Infrastructure and End User Support
• Solid knowledge of cloud-based systems including Jamf, Intune, and Microsoft 365
• Strong hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and understanding of macOS and iOS operating systems
• Experience with scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) and security in cloud contexts
