Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cloud Engineer who will resolve enterprise trouble tickets and provide mentorship to junior associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Update SOP with troubleshooting instructions and process changes
- Mentor new team members and analyze incidents for reduction
- Resolve enterprise trouble tickets and contribute to platform migration planning
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Python and Java for serverless computing
- Knowledge of AWS services and security management
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and ECS
- Familiarity with Linux and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Experience with AWS Fargate and AWS Batch is a plus
