Job Summary
To support the successful delivery of cloud, CAD, and PLM solutions, the full-time Cloud Services Project Coordinator will manage client relationships, coordinate project execution, and facilitate communication among stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of professional services, ensuring efficient project scheduling and execution to meet client expectations
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication and responsive support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of experience with CAD, PLM, cloud, or engineering software solutions in an automotive or manufacturing context
- Proven ability to coordinate professional services engagements and manage client communications effectively
- Experience in supporting pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering and solution recommendations
- Familiarity with coordinating technical support or help desk activities, ensuring timely issue resolution
