Collection Representative II

Job Summary

Managing a high volume of customer outreach interactions, the part-time Collection Representative II will provide expert information on registration, billing, payment, and collection procedures while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls for current, past-due, and delinquent accounts, maintaining correspondence with students
• Collaborate with college-wide student services to research and resolve student appeals and disputes
• Assist staff and students in interpreting account information and related college policies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of collections experience
• Level II Collections Representative preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education may be substituted for experience)
