Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collection Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls to borrowers to assist in resolving debt
- Contribute to contact center outbound call procedures and processes
- Improve existing contact center processes and inform product improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of consumer debt collection, cold calling, and/or sales experience
- Proven track record of high performance
- Comfortable conducting phone conversations about sensitive financial matters
- Experience communicating with customers with empathy and respect
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
