Collection Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Subrogation Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with businesses via phone and written correspondence
• Negotiate claims' resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties
• Prepare investigative correspondence and acquire necessary background information

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of 3rd party collections and/or subrogation experience required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Ability to deescalate adverse situations
• Dependability and customer service experience is required
