Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collections Agent - Mid Balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls
- Negotiate payment in full or secure payment arrangements
- Create urgency with non-paying debtors and collaborate with Client Support Representative to resolve disputes
Required Qualifications:
- Prior collections experience is a must
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate aptitude for technology
- Skilled in negotiations and possess time management and interpersonal skills
