Collections Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections and Deductions Analyst to manage customer disputes and account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze high volumes of customer disputed invoices and short payments
• Evaluate customer accounts for credit worthiness and manage overdue balances
• Provide reports and support to various stakeholders regarding account risks and disputes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related fields, ideally 5+ years
• Experience with A/R software such as SAP or Oracle
• Knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
