Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collections Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage insurance accounts receivable for multiple offices and specialties
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve claim errors
- Prepare appeal letters and report payer issues to management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience with denial management across multiple insurance carriers
- Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday, with flexible shift schedules
- Must have a dedicated work area for telecommuting with secure internet access
