Collections Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Collections Representative will manage a portfolio of 800-1000+ accounts, ensuring timely payments and providing exceptional customer service while collaborating with team members.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct aging and soft collections via telephone and email to process payments and initiate collection procedures
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments collected, and contact information
• Provide white glove customer service by responding to inbound calls and processing inquiries through the ZenDesk ticketing system

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a credit and collections environment
• Strong organizational skills and a working knowledge of credit/collections
• Experience with Cforia is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
