Job Summary

Seeking a Colorado Licensed Fractional General Counsel, the part-time contract attorney will manage commercial contracts, engagement letters, and corporate formation issues for a mineral company, with a preference for candidates experienced in the mineral industry and in-house settings.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial contracts and engagement letters
• Provide legal guidance on corporate formation issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective contract execution

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial contracts and corporate law
• Experience in both law firm and in-house settings
• Preferred experience in the mineral industry and public companies
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in any state
