Key Responsibilities
- Host Zoom calls for clients, welcoming them and addressing questions
- Swear in witnesses and manage procedural requirements during legal proceedings
- Ensure high-quality audio capture for transcription software
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Notary Public license
- Strong internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Video-enabled computer with access to necessary software
- Part-time availability between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Familiarity with Zoom
